I came across this great site which has several posters relatively new to the web design scene, but then also employers of the scene, who share their ideas/experiences/know how.
I found it useful as it isn't some government correct info, it's real people talking in a real way.
Plus the comments are worthwhile reading too. First thing I'm going to do is switch over to my domain name email address.
