I found this site great in providing tutorial on how to tweek skills in Photoshop and create superb results.
The other linked sections are really good too. Almost to the point where I started wondering whether items were made in Photoshop or ported from 3dMax?
And being a logo enthusiast, there's actually a whole blog for me devoted to them - logoblog.org
-Loving the sleek and interwined nature of NASA's 50 Years logo. Got a great Heroes feel to it, plus the obvious inclusion of the mysterious but beautifully enticing space. Importantly, this looks better smaller (enlargening it takes away the simplicity of the 5 and the '0') - just how a logo should be really - small, but significant.
