PRP - artifact #4 - hover, active, visited states UPDATE

Seems that luck isn't on my side today, as having just tried to implement onmousedown using Javascript, that doesn't work either! Android and iPhone being tested.

To see the experimentation test as it should have performed, visit this link. The active link effects start on page9.html and will work in the desktop browser. Just not mobile!

I'll investigate and see if there a work around to solve this situation. Blogger use a similar sort of active link "halo". I'll start there.
